Dulcolax Constipation

severe constipation, blood flowing?

hey I changed my diet a few weeks ago coz I was not eating and was the most constipated all the time, but now it is all waste as "old" is always there for new waste can not escape. I have two very strong laxatives (Dulcolax) and Dulcolax and I supositry really not going well …. I had about five poo little in the last two days and a little blood. Well, coz when cleaning EXPENSES disappeared, but small clots and perhaps the first time in 50 ml or less …. Is this normal for constipation or could be more serious? It is as if there is a serious obstruction if drinking lots of water and fiber Diet does not seem to help. I need to waste time getting rid of old first … Any suggestions? Thanks!
