Birth Control Constipation

I am not stressed, I’ve never taken birth control, and I’m never late. Am I pregnant?

I just took a test this morning and it was negative, but I think I am. I have had a headache for almost 3 weeks and other things, and I really have not felt good as far as my stomach goes, constipation been a bummer of a thing, and I never have an acidy stomach until a few weeks ago. What’s up?
